100μm White Cast PE Film

High-performance white cast polyethylene film offering exceptional flatness, tear resistance, and barrier properties. Ideal for surface protection, packaging, and industrial applications with stable thickness and easy processing.

Production Process

Manufactured using cast extrusion technology, this 100μm white CPE film combines PE resin, white masterbatch, and additives. The mixture is melted, extruded through a T-die, cast onto a chill roll for rapid cooling, then trimmed, thickness-tested, and wound into finished rolls.
