70μm White CPE Film

High-quality 70μm white CPE film featuring uniform thickness, pure white color, smooth surface, non-toxic properties, and odorless characteristics. Ideal for flexible packaging, lamination, and industrial & daily chemical packaging applications.

Manufacturing Process

Our 70μm white CPE (Cast Polyethylene) film is manufactured through precision cast extrusion. High-purity PE resins, food-grade white color masterbatch, and eco-friendly additives are blended in high-efficiency mixers. The compound undergoes single-screw extrusion with controlled temperature conditions (165-185℃), followed by precision flat die extrusion, instant cooling via chrome-plated chill rolls, and strict quality inspection before final packaging.
